Their experience in developing properties and real estate investment was incredibly useful in allowing us to see hidden value in the properties we were visiting and to accurately assess costs of any works we would require.

At the offer stage they provided indispensable and spot on advice on price, and prevented us from putting in the offer we wanted to because it was way over the odds. Despite considerable competition they secured us the property for less than we were prepared to pay. During the purchase process they successfully negotiated the purchase price down when reasonable grounds came to light.

They were able to provide recommendations on all the necessary service providers (e.g. solicitor) and those we chose to use were excellent. They efficiently liaised with all parties involved keeping us fully informed saving us valuable time and making the process stress free. Their turnaround times were quick and they were always available, including after hours and at weekends, which was important for us being based in a different time zone.

In short the whole experience was extremely satisfactory and we feel we received value well above the price we paid. We would not hesitate to use Irvine and Cole again or recommend them to others.
