Renting
-
1. Initial Briefing
Whenever possible we will arrange a face to face meeting so our property consultants can ensure absolute accuracy of your personal brief and fully understand your requirements. At this stage we advise on: which areas might suit you best, the different types of property available, what is obtainable for your budget or what the budget should be to ensure your needs are met.
-
2. Sourcing Property
The rental market is even faster moving and more competitive than the sales market. Our strong agency relationships have been established over years of regular contact. This means when a desirable new property comes to the market we know about it and get you through the door first.
-
3. Preview & Report
Where possible we will preview the rental properties on your behalf. Having previewed as many properties as necessary we will give detailed feedback on each to the client to agree which might be appropriate.
-
4. Tours & Objective Advice
We arrange time efficient tours to fit in with your busy schedule, arranging transportation and, if necessary, a translator. Our property consultants will accompany all viewings and give objective advice as to the pros and cons of each property.
-
5. Negotiating Terms
As seasoned negotiators, we agree the best possible tenancy agreement for our clients – not just on rent payable, but the terms of the tenancy, break clauses, furniture provided, decorative improvements if necessary etc.
-
6. Referencing / Deposits
Once we have found the property you want to rent our property consultants ensure everything goes smoothly with your referencing so nothing holds up your moving in. We ensure your deposit is protected in the correct way.
